Why Guidance?

Tassel Capital’s use of the word ‘guidance’ is not an accident.  Tassel Capital’s concept of guidance can be best illustrated by comparing a guide with an expert and an advisor.

An expert is someone who knows an answer.  An advisor is one who can add insight and practical application to expert knowledge. A guide, however, is someone who can provide the input of both an expert and an advisor but one who also sees a task through to its completion.

If arriving at a geographic destination is important to you, the expert can tell you the longitude and latitude of your destination, the exact distance to your end point and the expected travel time.

An advisor might add important practical information to help you like warning you of road closings or instructing you on how to avoid certain busy intersections.

A guide provides the answers and the practical information, but doesn’t stop there.  A guide is willing to accompany you to your destination.  In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the guide is able to offer immediate hands-on direction and will stay with you until you have reached your objective.

Tassel Capital is committed to focusing its resources on cultivating guidance relationships because these relationships are the best way to help people reach their 'financial destination'.
